At Awakening Heart Counselling, we believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and feel a sense of wholeness as well as aliveness. At times you may feel overwhelmed, scared, anxious, depressed and a sense of ‘stuck-ness’ in your life, relationships, or specific situations. At other times you may feel inspired to explore new options in life and are seeking someone to support and guide you in this important next step of your journey.

From our clinic and studio space at 1005 Cook Street we provide therapeutic services for adults and couples of all genders and sexual orientations. We offer a variety of therapeutic modalities and will work collaboratively with you to develop a personalized therapy approach to best explore your specific concerns and hopes.

Through training and life experience, we have come to understand that it is equally as important to listen to the story of the body as it is to listen to the story of words. We embrace a gentle, honest, and curious attitude in our work with others and strive to create a space for safety, understanding, and compassion.
