In 1995, I completed a Masters in Social Work and since then have practiced as a registered social worker in both Alberta and British Columbia. I provide counselling and therapy for individuals and couples seeking greater vitality in their lives. I am skilled in supporting people who are experiencing the impacts of trauma, mental health challenges and problematic substance use as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss and/or relationship challenges. The variety of approaches that I employ create an eclectic palate through which I engage individuals or couples in creative processes of transformation.

My practice hours are Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00AM to 5:00PM and Fridays from 10:00AM to 4:00PM. If these times suit you, please do get in touch.

Individual Sessions: My fee is $165.00 per 55 minute session. Longer or shorter sessions will cost proportionately more or less than the hourly rate.

Couples Sessions: My couples practice is currently full and I am not taking on new clients. My fee is $180.00 per 55 minute Couples Session and $270.00 for an initial 85 minute Couples Assessment Session.

In particular circumstances, a reduced rate may be negotiated.

My services are GST exempt.
